the rooms are a nice size and huge and they have a minibar, climate control, and an individual safe. you can see terrace from your window.

No complaints, the venue met expectation. Really enjoyed every detail about my relaxing 7 nights stay here. The rooms where reasonably spacious with nice view, everything was great. The stuff was consistently courteous and always on disposal.

The location is also a big plus, as it is close to the city center and within walking distance, but still on the outskirts of Ubud, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The basic amenities were all provided and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had different options to choose from.

We did experience a couple of negative aspects, such as the noisy bullfrogs after a heavy rain, which made it difficult to sleep. some of the staff lacked proper training and were quite loud.

The breakfast options at the hotel were outstanding. I couldn't resist indulging in the delicious à la carte breakfast every morning. It was like having a gourmet meal to start my day!

The landscaping and pool were nice, and the staff was friendly and greeted us warmly. the proximity to a kindergarten made for a cheerful background noise during the day. Location-wise, it was tucked away from the busyness of the town while still being close enough for easy access.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. the floors were stained, there was dust in every corner, and the bathroom had visible mould.

The balcony, especially in the upstairs corner rooms, offers a lovely view of the surrounding vegetation. The staff is young, friendly, and always in touch to ensure a comfortable stay. Plus, the simple breakfast with various options is a great way to start the day.
